Slim in his sleep

“Slim in his sleep” is basically an insulin-separated food.

Factual:
- Carbohydrates and protein are eaten separately at different times. Thus, the body can handle the material better and
- the insulin level is kept low.

Hours:
AM -> Carbohydrates, such as wholemeal bread and cereal (non-dairy!).
noon -> Mixed diet. Carbohydrates and proteins are allowed.
evening -> only protein.

Between meals you should eat at least five hours and there are breaks between the food - so the insulin levels remain stable.

Quantity:
Morning and afternoon average 100 Grams carbohydrates.
Protein evening after BMI (Body Mass Index). Formula: Protein requirement = BMI times 1,5 (The BMI) You can calculate the bottom, Simply enter the weight and size and can be calculated)
