Classic Food Combining
The 1940 Physicians late William Howard Hay developed the first, the principle of food combining. With this diet rich in protein and carbohydrate foods are eaten in time separated. The classic is a form of food combining diet. After “Trennkostlehre” general, almost anything can be eaten. Except: of. B. Pulses. There will be neither counted nor amounts of calories. Vehicle diet
A further variation of the food combining diet is the car. It separates fats and carbohydrates. The whole is combined with elements from Low-Carb and Low-Fat. The car was developed by the Munich-based diet doctor Olaf Adam. The main difference to traditional food combining is, that are separated mainly carbohydrates and fats.
