40 g lean cooked ham in one piece
2 EL light vinegar
1 Teaspoon canola oil
freshly ground pepper
1/2 Bunch parsley

150 g Arugula
2 Tomatoes
100 g Mozza rella light
1/2 Bottom Basil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
50 ml vegetable broth
1 Teaspoon olive oil

Pepper

Fennel Clam Pot
375 g mussels
1/2 Bunch scallions
2 Garlic
1 Fenchelknolle (about 200 g)
1/2 Teaspoon olive oil
375 ml vegetable broth
1/2 Bunch parsley
Salt
freshly ground pepper
2 EL Light Cream
