New recipes for a refreshing dinner following the rules of food combining insulin (SiS). The main ingredients are protein-rich foods such as cheese, Vegetables and meat. The figures are for one person. They correspond approximately 400 kcal.

Mushrooms with goat cheese
Bake in a baking dish (fat with olive oil).
600 g Mushrooms
300 g onions (fry)
2 Toe / n garlic (fry)
400 g Schafkäse
100 g cheese, Fine
Salt
freshly ground pepper
1/2 Bunch parsley

Peppers in milk
Together in a pot about 10 Minutes of cooking. Saute the onions in olive oil before.
1 Pepper, red
1 Pepper, yellow
1 small onion
2 TL broth, gekörnte (moment)
300 cup milk, arm fat
1 Msp. Nutmeg, freshly grated or Fertiggewürz
½ bunch chives
Pepper
Salt
Olive
Paprika, sweet

Mince pie with broccoli
250 g of minced
500 g Broccoli
1 Cup cream
1 Cup sour cream
2 Owner
200 g cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
